SOUND OF A SESAME A 30-minute sensory journey from seed to tahini. Experience sesame through sound, story, taste and imagination as you trace its journey from seed to tahini. Taste sesame at different stages, explore distinct tahini flavour profiles, and discover an innovative mutabbal miso butter. Created by TAHI, a creative food education platform exploring the connections between people, ingredients, and the food systems around us. In Collaboration with Al-Aloul Tahini with roots in Nablus dating back to 1918, Al-Aloul Tahini carries a long tradition of sesame craftsmanship.
